Chris Adamescu
Strategic Digital Media Developer

Chris Adamescu has worked in the production and broadcast industry for nearly a decade. Adamescu began his career as a designer of interactive video for New York agency Onslot Creative. While earning a Bachelor of Science degree in communication at Ohio University, Adamescu was lead editor and content producer on nationally broadcasted advertisements issued by Cleveland-based company Garage Creative Studios. After moving to Chicago, he joined the production support team at Northwestern University’s School of Communication as media systems engineer. Adamescu brings to Northwestern University in Qatar, his current employer, a gamut of industry experience in production as well as technical support skills and experience working for the University for half a decade. He continues to cultivate his knowledge and experience by producing creative content and exploring an ever-changing and evolving industry.
Andrew J. Gall, M.P.H.
Strategic Advisor on Project Planning

Andrew is a public health professional with ten years of experience designing and implementing research studies, intervention programs, and academic courses. Andrew got his start in public health as a Peace Corps volunteer in the western highlands of Guatemala. Since learning firsthand how inequitable health systems are for marginalized sectors of society, Andrew has worked in many professional capacities to improve access to and quality of health services, integrate social services into public health initiatives, and build cross-sector partnerships that pool resources and address systematic issues that cause and exacerbate poor health outcomes. Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health and has worked extensively in Latin America and Southern Arizona.
Bradford Rawson
Strategic Advisor on Corporate Identity

Brad Rawson has held positions as creative director of advertising agencies McCann Erikson and Euro RSCG, as well as, among others, an art director/copywriter post at worldwide advertising agency BBDO. During his tenure in the advertising industry, he created, directed, and produced television, print, branding, and corporate identity campaigns for globally acclaimed brands in the airline, automotive, banking, luxury goods, and media sectors. Qatar Airways recruited him into the corporate world as advertising, design, and sponsorship manager. There, he directed the airline’s corporate identity, marketing, and global sponsorship programs. Most recently, Brad has applied his skills and experience to the revamp and implementation of Northwestern University in Qatar's corporate identity and serves as an advisor on the Mujerave corporate identity.
Lynn Roberts
Strategic Advisor on Project Planning

Lynn Roberts is currently the Executive Director for Agua Para La Salud (Water for Health). He has a long history of serving the public as a math teacher, captain in the U.S. Army reserves, and as the manager of a small business for 25 years. He moved to Guatemala in 1994 to manage COMENSA, a nonprofit specializing in emergency water supply at the end of the Guatemalan civil war. COMENSA officially changed its name to Agua Para La Salud in 2000, but still specializes in providing technical assistance in water system supply, school sanitation and hand-washing stations, training, and project and water system survey supervision.
Vincent Thurman
Strategic Advisor on Organizational Development

Vincent has a passion for leadership and organizational development. He is currently the Coordinator of Leadership Programs at Central Michigan University where he designs and implements Leadership Programs and Trainings. He was a 2016 Summer Fellow for the Intercultural Communication Institute in Portland, OR. When he’s not on campus, he travels the country doing speaking engagements and training workshops. He holds a B.A.A in Communication and a M.S in Administration and Leadership, both from Central Michigan University. He has a passion for Long-term Peacebuilding, Eradicating Poverty, and Human Rights. Outside of work he loves to cook, travel, and practice photography. Vincent is committed to working with Mujerave to expand its reach and organizational capacity.
